At Columbus McKinnon Corporation we pride ourselves on delivering superior customer service and support. We believe that our real work starts after the sale. We take great care to insure that equipment is delivered on time and to our customer's specifications. We supply detailed installation drawings as well as service and maintenance manuals for every machine we manufacture.
Our customer service representatives, engineers and service technicians are true professionals with many years of experience, and have an in depth knowledge of our systems. They will support you every step of the way in getting your machinery properly installed and operational. Our technicians will be on site until you are completely satisfied with your new installation.
Once the system is operational CM provides service and replacement parts for your system to keep it in top operating condition. We understand that the up time of your equipment is critical to your success, and we are here to support you.
CM keeps a very extensive inventory of replacement perishable parts on hand along with other parts such as motors and controls. If we do not have it we can get it in a very short period of time. CM provides parts for all of the machines that we have ever manufactured.
CM service representatives are trained in efficient transportation service. They have pre-negotiated contracts with numerous freight companies and can arrange ground, ocean or air freight to provide numerous service levels when required. Whether you are one of our valued domestic or international customers, we can get you the parts you require safely and on time.
